So tell us, how do you imagine the year 2024? Is it going to be completely different to 2023 because oh shit, I can't do that again? Or are you going to copy paste and carry on as before? Maybe you already have the ultimate plan for world creation... well let's start small and try to make better decisions here and there?

The new year is just around the corner and we are ready to tackle 2024 with full energy and creativity. Each of us has big plans and goals, covering both professional and personal areas. Here's an insight into our plans and ambitions for the coming year.

Hello Mr. Taki, are there any resolutions?

2024 will be a year of dynamic growth and personal development for me. My goal is to significantly expand our customer base and take WAGEMUT in new, exciting directions. Stagnation has no place in my vocabulary. Finding a balance between work and personal life is also an important point for me, with a well-deserved, genuine vacation at the top of my list. I look forward to working with my team to optimize our work processes and make 2024 a year to remember.

Patrick, c'mon tell us what you want, what you really really want!

My focus for the new year is on expanding our project management, funding advice, workshops and sales. I want to find suitable developers and avoid the summer slump. An important personal goal for me is to spend more time with my family and take advantage of the opportunity to work remotely.

New year, new me or what's next for you Simon?

In the new year, I would like to take the opportunity to develop myself further, both in programming and personally. Bad weather, bad moods, bad music and bad food? I want to avoid all of that. My goal is to stay up to date with AI development and to learn and apply new techniques.

Sebbo, is the planning for 2024 already in place or is it freestyle?

For me, 2024 is all about the continuous improvement of our projects. I firmly believe that every project will be better than the last. Together with Patrick, I will optimize our project management. Chaos? That will be a thing of the past in the new year. Both privately and professionally, I strive for more organization and balance.

Adam, you've certainly got mountains to move, haven't you?

I have big plans for 2024. My goal is to become an absolute Figma pro, improve my organizational skills and integrate AI more into our work. I also want to find a better balance between working hours, commuting and private life. Delays caused by Deutsche Bahn? I definitely want to avoid them in the new year!

Coming back in April, bold resolutions anyway, Celine?

2024 will be a year of learning and growing for me. I want to take more time to learn new things and expand my skills. Looking for a new job? That's definitely not on my list. I want to stay 10000% with WAGEMUT after my studies. Another big goal of mine is to found my own startup and change the world on the side.
