Startup thinks job search new and different.
When the founding team of notificAI came to us in the studio on the left side of the Rhine, they already had an AI logo generated for cost reasons and a great idea how to make job search more user-friendly through an algorithm-based approach. A small team of developers had been working on the backend for this, and now it was time to give the freshly founded company a face and focus on user experience and usability.
Our client wants a modern, high-conversion and, above all, stylistically appealing 'job search platform' that converts users into paying customers. This required a design from the ground up that would guide users through relevant content using a well thought out customer journey, encouraging them to interact and ultimately convert. The design and user experience focused on our main target audience, job-seeking digital natives aged 18 to 45, who are comfortable with a modern and unconventional approach. In doing so, the client wanted us to align with benchmarks such as Apple, Blinkist, Netflix, Pleo, PayPal and Airbnb. In addition, it was important to make the added value of the service clear to users so that they would use or subscribe to it on a permanent basis.
We were faced with the challenge of combining different aspects:
- Demonstrate the benefits of the platform
- Create low barriers to entry for subscriptions
- Convey the message that the platform is not for the companies, but for the user
- Concreting the motto (keep your eyes and ears open even after a successful job change with us for only 2.99 EUR per month, because an even better job could pop up near you any day)
- Create awareness of the added value of the subscription in order to attract as many A customers as possible
The design of the page as well as its structural design should be designed with intuitive menu navigation in mind. The site should be search engine optimized (SEO) and designed for user-friendliness in both its metastructure and architecture. The platform should be available in German only and adapt to different screen sizes (responsive).
The client received the desired custom design from us. We developed the user experience and created a webflow including wireframes. We created a color palette, paired appropriate fonts as well as icons. Not to forget the elaboration and communication of unique selling points as well as benefits for the users. Texts like headlines, paragraphs and taglines followed by the design of key visuals and 3D renderings represented in sum a holistic concept.
