Hellö, I'm Violetta, a curious 3D designer and web developer. I love using design and code to create magical experiences for the digital space. Let's create stunning 3D worlds together!

General questions

How did you join our company and what made you decide to start here?

When I applied for the computer science dual study program at IU, I had to apply to a company. My student advisor recommended this company to me, as an IU student (my future colleague Celine) also works there, and showed me the Wagemut website. I was so fascinated by the web design that I immediately thought that this was exactly where I wanted to work. And that was the best decision of my life! :)

What is your current role and what are your main tasks?


I am currently a working student in web development and 3D design. My main tasks are to build 3D scenes and models with animations as well as to support web development.

Which projects or tasks have been the most fun for you so far?

I enjoy all the projects because I always learn something new and gain experience, while the tasks themselves are varied and creative. It's simply the best feeling when you finally get the desired result after testing and trying things out.

What is the best piece of advice you would give to someone who wants to work in your field?


There will always be ups and downs, so you have to practice a lot and never give up! Remember on the day why you wanted to work in this field.

How do you work together in your team?

We support each other if someone has a question or wants to get an opinion. Otherwise, distributing and discussing tasks is always productive and makes work faster. Communication is key.

What do you value most about your colleagues?

Simply everything. My colleagues are unique and a lot of fun to work with. I'm delighted to have met them!

How does your team celebrate successes or milestones?

With lots of praise.

Which company value do you identify with the most and why?

I identify most strongly with the corporate value of innovation. Innovation stands for the constant search for creative new solutions and pushing boundaries to continuously evolve. This fits my way of working as I am curious in both 3D design and web development and need to stay adaptable to be competitive and relevant.

How do you see the future of the company?

The company gains recognition by always thinking one step ahead and developing as a whole.

How does your work contribute to the company's overall vision?

The use of new technologies and creative tools, innovative 3D visualizations and interactive web solutions help the company to stand out from the competition and integrate the latest trends; a good product conveys professionalism and trust, which supports the long-term success of the company.

Personal insights

Is there a book, movie or quote that has influenced your working style or philosophy?

"The Yes Man". Not only is it a funny movie, but it also shows us that it's always better to bring new possibilities into your life than to just lie in bed. Yes, it's uncertain and scary to step out of your comfort zone, I'm still in the process myself, but it's worth it

What do you do to relax and recharge from work?

There are lots of things I like to do, but swimming, knitting and digital painting come to mind.

What's something surprising that most people don't know about you?

I like listening to rock/metal music and watching crime movies :D

What advice would you give to someone who is just starting out in the industry?

If my memory serves me right, I have already answered this question above...

Internet research...

Which tool or app has changed or improved your day-to-day work the most?


In Blender you can build anything you've ever imagined and in VS Code it's easy to organize and edit the files.

What do you wish for the future of the company?

For the future of the company, I hope above all for creative, innovative and sustainable further development that takes both the company and us - the employees - to the next level.

Is there someone in the company that you particularly admire for their work or influence?

This is difficult to answer as all my colleagues work hard and constantly to deliver a perfect product. They inspire me, which gives me a lot of strength and motivation to work harder to develop myself in this area.

What message would you like to pass on to the readers of the blog?

Creativity knows no limits, we only set the limits in our own minds. :)
