2024 was a rollercoaster - with ups, downs and everything in between. Sure, not everything went according to plan, but hey: we sweated, learned and developed. 2025? That will be our year! We want to grow dramatically, set creative highlights and reach premium levels as a team. Want to know what we're planning? Then let's get started.
New year, new luck - and time to really talk turkey. 2024 wasn't always easy-peasy. But hey, who needs a smooth road when you can write the best stories on uneven paths? We've struggled, celebrated, learned and counted how many times we've rolled our eyes (spoiler: too many). But one thing's for sure: we're not just walking into a new year, we're storming in! And as we reflect on the past, we're making plans so big they deserve their own chapter. So here we go with our review and outlook.
About the courage to rock setbacks and carry on regardless
Let's face it: 2024 was no sure-fire success. Turnover? Could be more. Art? We spread it, but not yet to the extent we wanted. It was more "practice and keep at it" than "champagne and trophies". But you know what? Sometimes a wet jersey just isn't enough - and that's okay.
Because although we were sometimes on the bench, we have grown. Not just in terms of challenges, but also as a team. Aleksandra and Violetta are new - and the girl gang? It's being expanded further. #nice
What 2024 has taught us
Bowling balls instead of business plans: our Christmas party was a highlight. We shot ourselves into the new year with Strike or Spare - and remembered the highs and lows that have accompanied us this year.customers? A chapter in itself. Most of them are awesome: punctual, trustworthy and, above all, "we believe in you" vibes. And then there are the others: "clients from hell", as we affectionately call them. No response, no feedback, no payment. But hey, we make the best of it and celebrate the many cool projects we've been able to realize.our conclusion? Diversity is our everyday life - with challenges, moments of success and a steep learning curve.
Everything back to square one: our plans for 2025
"#delete" for everything bad and a full program ahead: 2025 will be excessively good. We want to win new, exciting clients - people who are up for bold designs and visionary projects. Our creative toolbox should be overflowing: 3D, motion design, killer websites - and more.
The plan? Taki and Patrick's phones are on fire because sales are going through the roof. Celine and Aleks are thinking outside the box. Sebbo and Violetta are typing the wildest codes into the keyboard. All with a sense of proportion, of course - we're into glowing, not burn-out.
Conclusion: Let's get loud
2025 will be loud, colorful and daring. We want to try new things, develop further and surpass ourselves. Our team is ready, the ideas are bubbling - and we hope you are just as excited as we are. Stay tuned and be inspired - at WAGEMUT!Cheers to the future - and to everything that is yet to come!
